Please note: Due to high demand, Australia Post is experiencing some delays including updates to delivery notifications. Rest assured, your order will still be dispatched on time and on its way to you as soon as possible.
We always aim to ship your gorgeous goodies within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note, we only ship orders on business days. Weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following business day. During peak trading times or sale periods (such as the Christmas and New Year Period) whilst we will endeavour to get your orders dispatched the next business day there may be some slight delays.

You can track the status and estimated delivery time of your order by entering the unique tracking number emailed to you when the parcel leaves our warehouse into the Australia Post search engine. Visit www.auspost.com.au/track.
Authority to Leave
Should no one be able to sign for your package, you may choose to give Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel at its intended delivery address. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Please note that by selecting this checkbox, you give us authority to leave the parcel unattended at the premises. Prairie Fox accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels as a result of you providing this instruction.

We offer a 14 day exchange period from the date of the purchase. We do not refund items purchased if you simply change your mind. We will only offer a refund on goods purchased if the goods are deemed faulty.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Items for exchange will only be accepted if the item is in original condition, new, unwashed, unworn and/or unused, original labels and/or tags are intact and in original packaging. Items and their original packaging must not be marked, damaged or scratched.
When exchanging an item, postage will need to be paid at the customers expense. Be sure to include a note with your name and order number. The exchange will be processed once we have received your returned item in their original condition. Freight to return the goods is at the customers expense.
If we are not able to exchange your item in line with your preferences or due to item availability, we will issue a credit note for the value of your order, less the original freight fee.
All goods are checked and carefully wrapped and packaged prior to sending them out to you. If your goods happen to arrive damaged or you find them to be faulty then please contact us by email at your earliest convenience (within 7 days of receiving your order).
We will refund or exchange (if still in stock) any items that we agree to have been found faulty or damaged. All damaged or faulty items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be processed. We will also reimburse you for the freight incurred for sending the parcel back to us.
