Your account with Prairie Fox

  1. How do create an account?
    Go to Prairie Fox page https://prairiefox.com.au/account/login, then just fill in all the needed information and click “Sign In”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.  

  2. How can I retrieve my password?
    You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.
  3. How do I change my personal details or email address?
    A: You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page (https://hytestshop.dev.eficode.fi/login) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

  4. Are my details safe?
    Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

 

Your orders with Prairie Fox

  1. Where is Prairie Fox based?

Prairie Fox is based in Melbourne and all the orders are shipped from Melbourne as well.

  1. How can I pay for my order?

Prairie Fox accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and now you can also pay with AfterPay.

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

All the orders placed before 8.00am are shipped the same day, after this time it will be shipped the following day. I’m using Australia Post because it seems the most reliable and on time, Standard deliveries are taking 5 to 7 business days and Express deliveries 1 to 2 business days (depending on the area).

Anyways, due to the situation we are currently living we are experiencing some delays.

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

When an order is placed, it will be fulfilled with a Tracking number so you can monitor your order and you will receive information from Australia Post any updates about the Status of your order.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

I begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, after being fulfilled is not possible to change or cancel your order anymore.

  1. How do I return my order?

Prairie Fox will accept product returns for credit or exchange up to 14 DAYS after the dispatch date, provided that the returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition - complete with original documents and packaging.

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number, regardless of the reason for the return. This can be obtained by contacting Giovanna at prairiefox@outlook.com

When I will receive your item, I will create a Credit Note with the amount for your order to use in your next order, or exchange with something else, or refund it.

  1. Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.
